Take a look at my new neighbors.
I have to say that they are relatively quiet,
but
man do they stink!
I'm just glad it's winter and I don't keep my windows open.
And they're pretty lazy too.
There's a whole field for them to graze and frolic in but they choose to lay around on the dirt road right behind my house.
Whatever.
you know, like an annoying neighbor kid.
They aren't very friendly either.
I mean, I just went out to say hi and take their picture today
and a couple of them just walked away without so much as a "baaa"!
They mostly just glared at me with their snotty sheep faces.
Have you ever looked at a sheep's face?
They have an expression that says, "I'm better than you so don't even bother!"
As if!
So after realizing that they don't want anything to do with me,
I yelled to them,
"Hey McSheepy's! You don't know what you're missin'!"
and went to leave when one of them gets up,
turns around, and does this...
See if they get a neighbor gift next Christmas!
Hmmmmf!

We had a few llamas behind our house for a short time - they were great! Far enough away that we couldn't smell them, but close enough for my little ones to watch out the window for a good, long time. They were better than putting a DVD on! Maybe your snotty sheep will have the same effect on some of your youngsters.
Haa, I am just laughing at this post! They did look a lot better across the street, don't you think?! They seem to be a bit snobby for our side of the street! By the way, Chris and I had the best laugh when we saw that picture that Emma manufactured of Kaiya! Haaa! So cute! I hope Kaiya is being good for you today!
That is so funny! Do they smell? That might be my biggest complaint come summer. I can't believe how rude they were. They are sheep for heaven sakes. And for the one to turn it's toosh to you!
How funny and aren't they cute? That would be fun neighbors, I think! Hope you have a good weekend. See you soon. Kellan
You know, after looking at sheep faces, they do kind of look snobby looking... They won't be too snotty when they get clipped, though. Then we'll see who's laughin'
Hard to beleive a sheep could be so rude to a nice neighbor such as yourself. Do you have a wool coat you can flaunt in front of them? I must admit the llama was rather cute, but who knows if he(she)even understands English.
Oh, this made me giggle. I sure hope they don't stink too much. That would be baaaaa-ful. (sorry)
Really? So now the summer afternoon cow smell that always taints the neighborhood will have sheep in the mix!? Hmm.. another thing to add to the short "Pro" list of reasons why we moved!
At least they don't gossip. And they don't care if you mow the lawn or not.
Sorry about the new neighbors. At least they aren't pigs...you want to talk about some BAD odors!
