Lovin' the Youth

Can I just say,
we've got some great youth in our ward!
I got to spend some time with them last weekend at Youth Conference and what a fun time it was! Even though I didn't get any sleep (thanks to Lee talking me into sleeping in the van!),
it was really fun.
We spent the night in a park in Orangeville and the kids went to the Castledale Pagent.
(I stayed back at camp with Lee to make dessert.)
When staying back, we met a funny kid named Shannon.
He kept us entertained until the other kids came back telling us all about life in Orangeville.

He was hilarious!
He kept calling Orangeville the "Ghetto town" and kept us laughing the whole time.
Thanks Shannon for the company.

Anyway...

Thanks to our ward youth for letting me tag along on their trip!
You are great young people and I'm blessed to know you!

Sounds like Castledale was a popular spot this year! Our youth went there and did a 2-day pioneer trek after the pageant. I'm jealous you got to go.
