Well, I finally cut my hair.
It was time and I had it up to here with my gross, damaged hair that was more like straw than hair.
The only problem was, I did it on a whim -- meaning I was at WalMart and decided to get my haircut.
Yeah.
WalMart.
What was I thinking?
They didn't do too badly even though I asked for a layered stacked bob and I got an A-line stacked bob.
What do you expect from WalMart?
Because of my crazy thick hair (it's almost a crime how much hair I have. I wish I could share some with Lee :)!) I have my own pair of thinning shears because no one ever believes in thinning my hair appropriately. They came in handy in thinning out the A-line bob so I didn't look like a puppy dog with poofy ears.

Anyway, do you think I should go get layers cut in (not at WalMart)?

I think it looks great! I have thick hair as well and so I always have to have lots of layers and they always have to texturize it like crazy so it's not too poofy. I love the cut on you though... Who knew wal-mart could do so well !
I think it looks cute. I am thinking that I need to do something drastic to my hair very soon. I just can't figure out what to do. I like it!

I think it is totally cute on you. But, I love layers. So you do what you feel you have to do. As long as you feel comfortable that is all that matters.
P.S. You can give me some of your hair. Since all of my issues I've been going through the past year and a half, my hair has been falling out like crazy!
I like the haircut! Don't go to the mall either... they gave me a mullet one time.
i think it looks great! i love the cut---if you are going to do anything, just get it thinned and textured, not layers, layers always grow out weird within a week. honestly, i get my hair thinned a lot --especially on the ends. i always do that, i grow my hair out for months, then on a whim i get it cut!
Do you know Holly Davis that lives right there by you guys? She is awesome and only $15 for a cut and style! $50 if you get a weave with it. I drive clear in the heck down there just to go to her. It takes a couple of weeks to get in, but it's worth it! By the way, I love the new do. It's very cute! I would go for the stacked look if you're going that short...be daring!
You look so cute! I love it! I have to get my hair thinned heavily too because there is too much of it and I can so easily look like a mushroom. I have a girl who is not afraid of the thinning shears, let me know if you want her #.
