It's a Christmas Miracle!

Saturday, after the fun-filled Provo Christmas Parade, we went to surprise my mom with a visit but she wasn't home. So, instead of turning around to drive back home, we thought we'd stop at South Towne Mall to pay Santa a visit.
That's when the Christmas Miracle happened...
Emma RAN right up and jumped on Santa's lap and started talking to him!
Anyone who knows Emma can understand that this kind of thing just doesn't happen with this child. She isn't always the friendly-type and certainly doesn't go to strangers.
But then is Santa really a stranger?
She was pretty darn excited to see him in the parade earlier.
Who ever knows with kids!

Why is Santa sitting in Joe's chair? Where's blue? And what could he possibly be thinking about?

Max and Emma? Too, too cute!

That picture of Emma is way cute! Yeah, it is pretty weird she ran up to him...how does she remember who Santa is?

My kids talk big about sitting on Santa's lap. When it gets down to actually climbing up on his knee, they are about as functional as a deer in the headlights. We are 0-4 in getting pictures of kids on Santa's lap.

Santa can't be a stranger. Everyone knows him. But it is scary to see him in person. Go Emma!
