I hear you want to stay in Utah. Good choice! I hear you even want to live in Park City. Even better choice! Since Park City is your choice, I have the house for you. Considering the prices of most houses you would buy in California, it's a steal! It belongs to another majorly famous person and it's GORGEOUS! Just call my hubby (one of Coldwell Banker's best realtors...seriously!) He's got it listed but can't do a lot of marketing because the owner is so famous that it will cause a frenzy. Just trust me that it's an awesome property and you will be very happy there.

No hints? I've been wondering for months now who the big celebrity is.
I can only tell when he either sells it or is no longer listing it (legal reasons I guess). All I can say that, surprisingly, it's a very nice, down to earth, A-list celeb. They even called to send their condolences when my grandma died. Lee won't talk too much about it because of legal things but he said it would be okay if I put it out there every now and then that he has this kind of listing. You never know if someone might stumble upon it that may know someone. It's been a difficult listing for him because of all the legal limitations he's facing. Maybe this winter will bring some interest. I hope anyway!
I hope it sells soon! Does Scott Wolf live in the neighborhood too? ;> The real estate market is just crazy right now, isn't it?
