You know it's time to do something about your weight when...
1) You're watching "Biggest Loser" and your 4-year-old says, "Mommy, you should go there!"
Thanks.
2) You buy a pair of non-stretch jeans and can't handle wearing them for more than a couple hours.
3) You tell your husband that you did one of those stupid Name Generator things on Facebook to find your Barbie name and when it comes back as Sumo Barbie your husband laughs and asks you how they knew and did I have to enter my weight. I'm still mad at him.
4) You're watching the "Biggest Loser" finale and your 16-year-old is disgusted on how much these people weighed and then you realize, you weigh more!
5) You realize that your stomach is bigger than your butt! Yikes!
Yeah, it's time.
So, this summer will be dedicated to living a more healthier, active life. Hopefully, along the way, I can drop a few pounds.
It's time.

Stacy, Megan, and I were talking the other day about walking around 7ish a couple times a week. Let me know if you want to come, it'll be fun to just visit and get good exercise.
The other day I was reading this study they did. They took some people from Provo and paid for them to visit Cedar City for the weekend. After the weekend, their metabolism sped up and they remarkably lost 10 pounds. They think it was the altitude change. Some side effects were bad grammar and poofy hair, but they kept visiting for the rest of the summer and were happy with the results.
Love ya! See you in a couple of weeks!
first off, i LOVE your garden! i haven't had the best success in that department, so i'm excited to see what you produce! secondly, i hear ya on the whole weight issue. i am constantly getting bored with working out and i seem to be so up and down with it. after this baby comes out, i think i'm in for a rude awakening and am going to have to really get my behind in gear! i wish you all the luck!!
your garden signs are really cute. we just planted our sguare foot garden today---hoping it works!
i think it's everyone's time, isn't it?! i think you will be amazed what a walk everyday will do--good luck!
Brilliant post. And I thought the announcements were good. Also, you are a real trooper reading all the crappy things I said about Chris. I want to go to hell if the devil looks like him. OH....Gosh. I am doomed now.
Cari, I love this post. You word things so well. This summer is also my healthy start. Keep posting on how your doing to help motivating me. Good Luck.
