Look how cute they are...
Scott took his good friend, Sidney to the homecoming dance last week.
They've known each other since 1st grade.
She's the sweetest girl in the world and they had a really good time.
This next picture cracks me up...
We were taking pictures in her backyard and her dad said to put his arm around her,
so Scott did.
Her dad said, "Not like a buddy--like your date!"
Then we all kinda laughed.
Scott said, "Well, she is my buddy."
He cracks me up!
I'm glad he was able to go and have a really good time and that he is such a nice young man.
It is hard to see him growing up too though.
Isn't he still my hyper little 4-year-old who loved Barney?

That was such a great group of kids who all went together. I missed out on the photo opportunities since I wasn't a driver for that part. Allen was mortified that I would even suggest following him over to his date's house to take a few pictures. So, I guess I'll wait for the dance ones. (sigh) They do grow up fast, don't they?
I love it, "She is my buddy!" Awesome. Scott is adorable, and any girl would be lucky to be both his date and his buddy.
