First Date

Cole had his first date last night.

It was the Homecoming dance at PHS.

The boys planned a day date that included bouncy houses and barbeque.

They had a blast!

Then it was home to change and a fettucini dinner in Calvin's backyard.

Here they are in Calvin's backyard.  I "borrowed" this picture from  Anna's facebook.    Doesn't this look so cool and fun!  Calvin's mom out-did herself.  :)

After dinner, it was off to the dance.

Cole asked his friend, Anna.

They've been friends since 2nd grade.

It's kind of strange to see them all grown up and on a real date!  

Aren't they cute together!  

Anna is an amazing seamstress (she won "Make it with Wool" last year for both state and region! Impressive!) She made her dress and Cole's tie.

Pretty cool huh?

Yes, Cole wore shorts.  Don't ask.  His date totally new all about it and thought it was really funny.  Also,  a photo shoot would not be complete without a pioneer picture.

Now, we're just holding on and gearing up for the next few years of another boy dating!
