I've had the almost overwhelming feeling to make something lately.
I don't know if I can really explain.
By nature I believe that creativity is a big part of me and I've kind of pushed that aside the past few (few meaning 10) years. Since my house is a little on the small side, I have to put everything away after I'm done every day and it's annoying so I haven't done much sewing, crafts, etc. because of that.
Well, getting ready for Christmas, I rediscovered crocheting.
It used to drive me crazy doing little things with my hands like crocheting but now,
I'm really loving it.
(And it doesn't take up space. Bonus!)
Here's my latest project -- a scarf and hat set for Emma.
Not bad for making it up huh?
(I can't for the life of me follow a pattern!)
I went on Youtube and found a demo on making flowers and made this cutie:
For now, until I get my craft corner in my bedroom complete,
I think I've found something to satisfy my urge to create.

I love them! I couldn't ever be so patient to accomplish that. Good job, I am sure Emma loves it too! Grandma would be proud!
