time flies

I don't really fancy myself as a writer. I tried this blog thing a while ago but I was going through a hard time and got a little dramatic and deleted my blog. I thought I'd give it a try again and cut the dramatics. I just want to write down the happenings in my life and my hope is that I don't thoroughly bore any readers that may happen by.

I chose this title because when I was a girl I did keep a diary. I guess I stunk at spelling because in my first diary, I started every entry as "dear dairy..." . I thought I'd just carry on the tradition on my online journal (I guess it's called a blog huh!)

I guess I've been what you bloggers call "tagged" by hey jude! So, I'm going to start off with my lucky 7 list (since it's "the thing to do") ...

Things I want to do before I die...
1. Play the harp
2. Go to New York City and see a Broadway show on Broadway
3. Be skinny again
4. Learn to paint well
5. Get over my fear of leaving the U.S. and travel Europe (especially Holland and Italy)
6. See all my children grown, established, successful, and most importantly... happy!
7. Go on a mission with my hubby

Things I cannot do...
1. Argue well
2. Keep a clean and organized house (I will forever be working on this!)
3. Dance on my toes (I've always wanted to do that!)
4. Be a politician
5. Make Rice-a-roni
6. Act in a play
7. Pack everything needed for vacation (I always seem to pack someone wrong!)
